We are committed to providing a safe environment and will take all the necessary steps available to avoid exposure to COVID. We also need your help and due diligence in protecting you, and although we do not require patrons to present proof vaccination, we fully expect patrons to self-screen for symptoms illness. Going forward, we will continue to monitor pandemic metrics in our community and review CDC and Fairfax County Health Department guidance and recommendations.

FACE MASKS
- This is a mask optional environment
- Masks will be available onsite at the Box Office for patrons who do not have their own at a cost of $1.00.
- Performing artists may perform unmasked only if they are fully vaccinated.
VACCINATION
- All Creative Cauldron staff are required to be fully vaccinated.
- Although patrons are not currently required to present proof of vaccination, for the mutual health and safety of all Creative Cauldron patrons, performing artists, crew, employees and volunteers, everyone visiting our venue is encouraged to get fully vaccinated against COVID.
- We strongly urge anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID or anyone with known COVID exposure to stay home and quarantine consistent with guidelines outlined by the CDC.
SEATING & CONTACTLESS TICKETING
- The Theater is currently seating in-person at full capacity. To accommodate ADA needs and/or ensure fire safety standards for every patron, we reserve the right to change seats and/or tables as needed for any performance. Groups of five (5) or more wishing to sit together should contact the box office in advance for reservation assistance.
- Late Seating / Late Arrival
Late seating is NOT guaranteed. Therefore, patrons are strongly encouraged to arrive at the theater at least 30 minutes before performances are scheduled to begin.
Late seating / late arrivals may only be accommodated at the discretion of the House Manager. - Patrons arriving late in parties of two (2) or more are NOT guaranteed to be seated together and will be placed in ANY seat available without regard to the cost or location of the ticket purchased.
- Ticket purchases for late arrivals will not be refunded or credited.
- In addition to in-person performances, we also offer online "Live Stream" viewing and pre-recorded viewing for some performances. Check our website for details.
- Our ticketing is paperless and digital programs accessed by your mobile devices. Contact the box office for assistance.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the venue.
- Disinfected high touch surfaces at greater frequency and between performances.
- Air Scrubbers are in use to maximize air circulation.
