Group Discount
  • Group sales equal 10 or more tickets purchased for one (1) performance. 
  • Student and Senior tickets are already greatly discounted so they are not eligible for additional discounted group rates; no other discount offers may be applied to group sales ticketing.
  • Contact the Marketing Manager who may reserve and remove  seats from public sale to accomodate a large group.
  • Unless negotiated with management, group sales access concessions are as listed on the house concessions menu.
  • Group seating will be honored in Tiers 1 or Tiers 2 - see our website ticketing for theater floor plans.  
  • Discount rates for table seating are not subject to the same as discounts offered to group sales for Tier 1 or Tier 2 seating assignments.
  • Discount rates are subject to change without notice or consistent with production/presentation general individual ticketing prices. 
  • Group ticketed patrons:
    • Patron No Shows / Patron Cancellations: Creative Cauldron will not refund nor issue a credit of any kind to group-ticketed patrons who miss their ticketed performance. 
    • Late Arrivals / Late Seating:  Due to the intimate nature of our theater, all patrons are strongly encouraged to arrive at the theater no later than thirty (30) minutes before the performance begins.
    • As determined by our House Managers, patrons arriving late are not guaranteed late seating nor seating with the group nor transfer to another show. 
    • Everyone receiving/redeeming a ticket to any Creative Cauldron performance is subject to our current in-person polices and COVID protocols. 
    • It is the responsibility of every patron receiving/redeeming a ticket to review Creative Cauldron policies and protocols on our website:  www.CreativeCauldon.org
Discount / Payment:
  • Regardless of whether seats are Tier 1 or Tier 2 nor where the seats are located in the theater, ten (10)  or more tickets receive a $5.00 discount per ticket.
  • Applicable processing fees will apply to each ticket.
  • Payments made via check, money order or cash, will save $2.00 processing fee per ticket.

Refunds and Exchanges:
  • Tickets are not refundable.
  • Group tickets may not be exchanged for other shows or productions.  
  • ADA seating needs should be determined and made known to the Marketing Manager in advance.  Group patrons assigned to ADA seating without a need are subject to change in compliance with ADA laws. ​
