Creative Cauldron’s popular “Passport Music Festival” concert series is back again for the 14th year. The festival features music from some of the most talented and diverse musicians in the DMV and beyond! The Series is curated by Wammy Award-winning artists Ken Avis and Lynn Veronneau. Launching on January 10 and running through February 1, 2025, the series highlights folk, Latin, jazz, soul, blues, and world music, with many fusion bands that blend musical styles. 6:00pm - 7:30pm Calling all aspiring stars! Creative Cauldron is seeking talented teens and tweens to join the professional cast of Disney’s Aladdin Dual Language Edition/Edición de Lenguaje Dual. Presented through Creative Cauldron’s Musical Theater Training Ensemble, this unique opportunity offers students a professional theater experience. Ensemble members will receive Master classes in voice, movement, and acting, preparing them for the Professional Musical Theater Stage. This is a Helen Hayes Award eligible production for tweens & teens to receive their first professional acting credit for their resumes. Step into the spotlight, bring Agrabah to life, and showcase your talent in this bilingual musical adventure. Spanish proficiency is helpful but not required. |
