Join Margie Jervis, Creative Cauldron's Resident Designer, for a fun Painting and Design hands on class with simple materials. Our trip around the world finds the connections with the art of a place and the geography and culture that inspires it. With demonstrations of techniques and creativity prompts, Margie leads you to discoveries for making your own art. Participants in Margie's classes enjoy the camaraderie and non-judgemental environment to encourage trying new things. Margie is experienced with teaching on zoom to bring everyone of any ability along on the adventure.
Materials you should have on hand: watercolor paper (suggest Strathmore 9x12 series 400 spiral pad) mixed media paper heavyweight (suggested something like Canson XL 11x14) watercolors Paul Rubens watercolor student set full pan 24 colors- sold on AMAZON variety of brushes, pencils, markers...and one special brush: "Princeton Bamboo Brush" size 12 or 14 Available on AMAZON or Jerry's Artarama online.
