Ticket Policies
We have been so excited to see our audiences grow with each production. Unfortunately, our space has not grown with our audiences and with more sold out performances we must set strict ticket policies that you need to be aware of.

- We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets online at least 72 hours in advance of the performance you wish to see
- Carefully double check the date you have selected when purchasing online to avoid showing up for the wrong performance
- All performances, including those deemed "Family Friendly" require a minimum age of 4 years old as most performances last over an hour with no intermission.
- You should check-in at the Box Office no later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of the performance. Late arrivals are seated at the sole discretion of the House Management. Additionally, exchanges into other performances as available are also subject to the sole discretion of House Management. Per ticketing policies, late arrival tickets are not refundable nor eligible to be applied as future credit. Patrons causing disruption within the lobby or the theater will be directed to leave the premises.
- We retain the right to re-sell or donate late arrival and unused tickets (seats) without notice, refund or future credit.
- We do NOT refund any pre-purchased tickets but when possible, are happy to exchange your tickets for another performance if we are notified 24 hours in advance of an issue preventing your attendance. We do not refund processing and other service fees.
- Large group tickets may be reserved in advance by coordinating via the box office directly.
- When available, Senior ticket pricing is reserved for patrons age 62 or better. Proof of age may be required.
