World Music Medley introduces something new from Spyros—a thoughtfully curated repertoire shaped by his Greek roots, his musical life in Europe, and the influences he has absorbed during his time in the United States. Performing on oud and other fretless instruments, he is joined by multi-instrumentalist and jazz guitarist Gary Prince, he presents a richly textured program of Mediterranean, Greek, and world-inspired music infused with jazz sensibilities. The result is an intimate, expansive musical journey—an inspired way to begin the year, experienced up close in the evocative setting of Creative Cauldron Stage. INTERgenerational album pre-release fan event – Songs for Our Mothers Grey Jacks returns to the Creative Cauldron on Jan 25 for a one-night-only pre-release fan event celebrating INTERgenerational, his forthcoming album on Antidote Sounds Records. Having recently won the Gold Prize for Lyrics in the Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Competition for a track he'll sing Jan 25, Grey will perform the entire INTERgenerational album with his full roots band, enhanced by lush orchestral strings. The album draws directly from his family's past, including a long-buried, tragic chapter involving his grandmother — an act of passion and despair that forever shaped the generations that followed. Told with sensitivity and compassion, these stories explore love, loss, resilience, and the ways music helps us make sense of what we inherit. This concert offers the first chance to hear the album live ahead of its April 2026 release on Antidote Sounds Records. Join us for an evening that honors our mothers, our stories, and the music that carries them forward — transforming even the hardest histories into moments of connection and grace.
